Reporting a bug
Most useful with the game name, the level you were on, your browser and device, and what you expected to happen instead. If a puzzle looked impossible or a level would not finish, say which game and roughly when you played — every board is generated from a seed, so that is usually enough to rebuild the exact one you saw and fix it.
Anything else
Ideas for games, corrections to the writing, questions about how something works, or a request to see, export or delete the data held about you — the same address. Data requests are covered by the privacy policy, and you can do most of it yourself from the account page when signed in.
